You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Refine cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree to use Refine only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, and other content that you submit, post, and display on the service.

You agree not to use the service to upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature through the service.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Refine Science Inc. and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Refine Science Inc.

You acknowledge that the AI models, algorithms, and technology used by Refine are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Refine, including research papers, documents, and other materials.

By uploading content to Refine, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Certain features of Refine require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the service.

You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and credit card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy or required by law.

REFINE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

THE AI-GENERATED FEEDBACK AND ANALYSIS PROVIDED BY REFINE ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AS PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REFINE SCIENCE INC., NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
