Why a blog
TODO: the one-paragraph reason. We have things worth writing down that don't fit anywhere else, and we'd rather write them than forget them.
What you'll find here
TODO: the two streams — engineering write-ups (postmortems, architecture decisions, hard-won tooling lessons) and product notes (how Refine got to where it is, what we're choosing not to build, what we're learning from customers).

The bar
TODO: the rules we want to hold ourselves to before publishing. Specific over generic. Numbers where we have them. Honest about what didn't work, not just what did.
What this blog is not
TODO: not a release-notes feed, not a marketing channel, not a weekly cadence. We'll publish when there's something worth publishing.
