A core value at Refine is that the content you upload is strictly confidential. We will not train any large language models on confidential data. Our AI model providers (listed below) are also prohibited from training models on such data by their enterprise legal contracts with Refine.
The content you upload may not be shared or sold by us or our providers to any third party.
Your data is protected by state-of-the-art security practices in collaboration with Microsoft Azure. When you delete a session in your history, we delete all its data permanently and unrecoverably.
We may use your interactions with comments to improve feedback ranking and quality. You may opt out of such use by notifying help@refine.ink from the email address associated with your Refine account.
